Want to Know How A Frustrated Farm Boy From Virginia Turned His Hatred For His Lack Of Athleticism Into 7 ACC High Jump Championship Gold Medals , A 50-Inch Vertical Leap, And A Powerade Commercial That Aired Live On ESPN..."

If you want to be a Better athlete A NCAA Division 1 Athlete, or even go pro, shouldn’t you start training like one? Of course you should!
Coaches at Clemson University have developed a method of training called Periodization“What in the world is Periodization? It’s a type of training structure used to increase my vertical leap dramatically!
“Periodization is breaking up your training program into different patterns, and groups that will not allow for your body to adapt to your training and have plateauing or degrading results!”
In other words, by planned leveling of strength and explosive training structures you continue to get results every single day!
The other great thing about Periodization:

You actually will train less than you would expect, and continue to get massive results
Your body will feel great, as you continue to “Shock” it into gaining explosiveness
You mentality will never get tired or bored of your workouts as they are constantly changing!
This is how a lot of Professional and NCAA athletes are training to get results!
Your Favorite Professional Athlete is using Periodized Training!
…Why Aren’t You?
So think about this for a second…
If you knew exactly how your favorite NCAA player, or NBA All-Star trained and you were given the exact same type of workout based on your current statistics… what would your results be like?
If you thought: “Amazingly Crazy Good”You are correct!
Just imagine piling on inches to your vertical jump, while getting stronger and lightning quick at a wickedly alarming rate. What you could do with an extra 8”, 10”, or even 12” inches on top of your current vertical leap.
How would it feel to use this brand new, and recently discovered training system to mesmerize your teammates and watch your coach’s jaw drop If you thought: “Uhh, AWESOMEEE”Ha, again… you are Correct!

Discover The Benefits Of Pop Warner Youth Football

Children from age 5 to teenagers up to 16 have reaped the benefits of Pop Warner Youth Football since 1929 when the non-profit organization was formed. As the largest program of its kind, it has participants in several countries and all but eight states.

It is the only sports organization for youths in North America that requires participants to adhere to specific academic guidelines. Students are required to provide proof of maintaining the minimum required grade point average to retain membership. These requirements convey the importance of scholastic aptitude and the concept of being accountable for individual actions. The online roster system makes it simple and convenient to sign up for the program.

All applicants who meet the academic requirements are automatically assigned to a local team. There is no competition for placement and mandatory play requirements ensure that everyone gets time on the field. Every child is given a chance to learn how to play and improve individual skills.

The participants are protected in every way with safety the number one focus for all activities. Parents never have to worry about the care and supervision their little ones are subjected to. All coaches, volunteers and hired workers are subjected to an annual background check and undergo extensive training before being allowed to interact with any athletes.

The safety of athletes comes first with strict guidelines for age and weight that place kids on teams according to weight, size and age. This system reduces the risk of injuries during competition. The organization relies on a Medical Advisory Board to review all issues relating to youth sports.

All coaches and athletes are held to a specific Code of Conduct to provide the most productive and pleasant environment possible for everybody involved. Anyone who fails to abide by the rules will be subject to penalties by the league. Parents can rest assured that their children are surrounded by people who will be held accountable for bad behavior.

Members are eligible to sign up for affordable insurance coverage as a league benefit. Coverage is tailored specifically to the needs of participants in the league. The Pop Warner Insurance Company constantly surveys the insurance landscape to bring members the broadest and most affordable coverage possible.

All athletes get the opportunity to participate in the year-end national championships. Players from every team meet in a designated city to compete for national honors. The annual Scholar Banquet recognizes participants for their achievements with awards for First Team, Second Team and Honorable Mention levels.

Students who distinguish themselves academically for the duration of the program have a chance to carry those accomplishments with them to college. Higher education scholarships are awarded annually to those students who are about to reach the upper age limit for participation in the league.

The benefits of Pop Warner Youth Football can last a lifetime for those student athletes who apply what they learn. The program is affordable and designed to teach the importance of dedication, teamwork, sportsmanship and work ethic both on and off the field.

Run Faster And Increase Your Vertical

In most sports it is important to developed and increase your leg strength. If you're trying to out jump a cornerback in the back of the end zone, be fastest player in the game, or dunk on a fast break, you need to develop your legs, mainly your thighs and your quick twitch muscle fibers. The reason you can jump higher is the stronger your legs, the more pressure you can exert on the ground. The more developed your quick twitch fibers the faster you run.

The most common exercises to develop leg strength are squats, sprinting, leg presses, calf raises, and jumping rope. Do these exercises on a regular basis and you will definitely see results. Another not so common exercise to increase leg strength are lunges. Football players should start adding lunges to their exercise routines. Lunges have been verified to be effective with experienced football players and other athletes. However, the very best exercise to build leg strength is Squatting. If you do enough squats, you can get away with not doing as many other leg exercises.

If you are unclear about the best exercise routine to follow, you can consult a trainer, or coach. Check the web there is plenty of info on the web. You can watch a few videos , here . You can find more info here , here . Try to find workouts and routines specific to the body part such as legs, arm that you're trying to develop or specific to what your trying to achieve such as increasing you vertical leap or how to run faster.

One thing that affects how high you jump and how fast you are is something called quick twitch muscle fibers. Quick twitch fibers give you short bursts of strength, speed and explosiveness. However, they get tired more quickly.

Find and commit to a workout routine that develop these things and before you know it, you will have increased your vertical leap Forty Yard dash time
